UniCommerce LLC (“we”, “us”) provides marketplace launch and related services. We act as a data controller for data collected via our website and as a controller or processor for project-related data depending on the contract.

- Identifiers: name, email, phone, company, role.
- Commercial data: project scope, service requests, order/contract info.
- Usage data: pages visited, device info, IP, cookies, analytics events.
- Files you submit: product sheets, invoices, creative assets.
- Marketplace data (B2B): account IDs, listing metadata if provided under contract.
3. Why we process your data (legal bases)
- Contract: to provide services, support, invoicing, onboarding.
- Legitimate interests: to improve services, prevent fraud/abuse, secure our systems, basic analytics.
- Consent: for marketing emails, optional cookies, testimonials; you may withdraw any time.
- Legal obligation: tax/record-keeping, compliance requests.
4. Sharing & Transfers
