What marketplaces do you support?
EU: Cdiscount, Alza, Allegro, Amazon EU, Etsy, Faire. US: Walmart, Amazon USA, Etsy USA, eBay. We also evaluate new channels on request.
Do you help with company registration (EU/US)?
Yes. We register an EU or US entity, obtain VAT/EORI (EU) or EIN (US), and prepare basic banking & invoicing workflows.
How fast can I go live with my first listings?
Typical timeline is 3–6 weeks depending on category compliance, account verification, and asset readiness.
I’m a beginner. Is this for me?
Absolutely. We guide you from zero: strategy, account setup, supplier search, logistics, listings, and your first orders.
What languages do you localize listings into?
We usually prepare English + German/Polish/French depending on target markets. Additional languages on request.
Do you handle VAT/EORI/EIN and tax basics?
We obtain the necessary numbers and connect you with tax partners. We’re not a law firm, but we prepare you to be compliant.
Can you find and validate suppliers?
Yes. We shortlist suppliers, order samples, run basic QC, and check margins. Final purchasing decision stays with you.
Do you arrange logistics and 3PL?
We plan DDP/DDU, labeling, carton specs, and book 3PL or FBA/fulfilled-by-partner options aligned with your timelines.
Do you run ads? What ACOS should I expect?
We launch starter ads and optimize to early ACOS targets (often 20–35% in month one, category-dependent).
How do you price your services?
Every case is unique. Start with a free consultation; we propose a fixed scope or phased plan based on your goals and budget.
Any restricted categories you avoid?
We avoid high-risk categories (meds, hazardous goods, adult, etc.). For regulated categories we confirm feasibility first.
Do I need a trademark or Brand Registry?
Not required to start on most channels, but strongly recommended for brand protection and extra merchandising features.
Who owns the accounts and listings?
You do. We set up under your legal entity and transfer all accesses and documentation.
What do you need from me to begin?
Company details (or a decision to incorporate), product shortlist, budget ranges, and any assets you already have.
Do you work with handmade brands (Etsy/Faire)?
Yes. We help with storefront setup, photography guidance, and marketplace positioning tailored to handmade audiences.
What KPIs do you track?
Time-to-live, first-30-day orders, conversion rate, ACOS/ROAS, margins, and inventory turns. We share simple dashboards.
